Managing the Sales Funnel

The "Funnel" page provides a visual Kanban board to track your leads.

  • Automatic Lead Capture: When a visitor interacts in a way that indicates interest (like filling out a contact form), they are automatically added to the "New Lead" column.
  • Drag-and-Drop Stages: Simply click and drag a lead's card from one column to the next (e.g., from "New Lead" to "Contacted") to update their status.
  • View Lead Details: Click on any lead card to see their full profile, including their entire session history and all interactions with your site.
