Configuring the AI Chat Widget

Navigate to Settings → Chat Widget to customize the conversational experience.

• Welcome Message: Set the first message a user sees when they open the chat. Make it engaging!
• Prompt Starters: Provide suggested questions to help guide the user, such as "What are your pricing plans?".
• Avatar & Header: Customize the name and image that appears in the chat header to give your AI a personality.
