Step 4: Building Your Knowledge Base

The final step is to "teach" the AI about your business by letting it analyze your website content. This powers all the AI widgets.

1. From your Channel Dashboard, navigate to the "Knowledge Base" tab.
2. Upload a Sitemap: This is the recommended method. Click "Upload Sitemap" and provide a link to your website's `sitemap.xml` file. MarineSnow will automatically discover and crawl all the pages listed.
3. Manual Crawl: If you don't have a sitemap, you can click "Manual Crawl". This will start the crawl from your channel's homepage and follow links to discover other pages.
4. You can monitor the progress on the same page. The status will change from "Crawling" to "Completed" once finished.
